Mr. Nonski

Mr. Nonski was born and raised in Hamburg (Germany). In his younger days he was fascinated by the local Graffiti scene and therefore quitted school to study graphic design. During his study Mr. Nonski worked for design- and advertising agencies, and after his graduation in 2000, he and Nils Kasiske established an illustration and design company called Spielplatz3000 in 2003. To focus on his art Mr. Nonski wrote Spielplatz3000 off, and since then works as an independent artist.

Mr. Nonski is influenced and inspired by artists like Delta, and especially by major cities and their architecture.
Abstract shapes, surfaces, structures, and patterns are often the initial inspiration for his workpieces. The process of his artwork is mostly adventurous and spontaneous. He uses different techniques to create something new by chance.
